Carlos is the Office Manager for the UCLA Labor Center. In this role, he oversees the meeting space scheduling, supplies, equipment rentals, general maintenance, and the overall internal communications for the center. He joined the team with five years of UCLA experience; in which he has served in different capacities, as the UCLA Guest House Supervisor and Group Reservations coordinator. He also worked as an Undergraduate and Faculty Residents Coordinator at the UCLA University Apartments.

Previously, Carlos managed front office teams in different full-service hotels in the Los Angeles area, including Hilton Suites Santa Monica, Hilton Pasadena, Warner Center Marriott, Hilton Woodland Hills, among others. Carlos graduated from Universidad De El Salvador, as an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teacher. In college, Carlos worked as a radio announcer for various radio stations. Carlos loves music and mass communication.
